Feel a sense of fatigue from being 'brave' and resilient? There is another gentler path through the 'mud and grit' of life. Mindful compassion, softening and resting with the body and the experience. This course will offer clarity and invite deep listening to yourself. Guided meditations to learn and practice together. Between your weekly sessions explore compassionate journaling and become atuned to listening to your wise self.
